World’s First High-Speed Drone Under 250 Grams TECHNOLOGY

Zero Zero Robotics has unveiled the Falcon Mini, the world’s first ultra-fast bicopter weighing less than 250 grams. Its lightweight design exempts it from strict regulations for heavier drones, while its advanced stabilization makes it suitable for both beginners and professionals. Unlike most drones, the Falcon Mini features a V-shaped dual-rotor configuration, enhancing maneuverability and enabling rapid acceleration.

The drone’s camera supports 4K recording and is stabilized across three axes with an accuracy of 0.01 degrees. Tests have shown that the device remains steady even at high speeds. Its design incorporates durable servo motors rated for one million activations, and its maximum flight time reaches 34 minutes. Additionally, the model operates nearly silently, making it ideal for various applications.

The Falcon Mini builds on the company’s previous bicopter models, such as the 2020 V-Copter Falcon, which weighed over 700 grams. The new model retains the advantages of the technology but, due to its lower weight, faces fewer operational restrictions. Additionally, it offers an optional Reverse Flight Kit, enabling complex maneuvers, including inverted flight.

Founded by Stanford graduates, Zero Zero Robotics is rapidly expanding in the consumer drone market. The Falcon Mini aligns with the trend toward miniaturization and performance enhancement, delivering powerful capabilities in a compact form. While pricing and release dates have yet to be announced, pre-orders are already open, and if successful, the Falcon Mini could become a strong contender in the ultra-light drone segment.
